Jenny is our Supervisor and she means business all day long. She is the backbone to A+ Plumbing & Rootering, Inc. She has a positive attitue and understands plumbing inside out.
The essential functions of a Service Supervisor are to prioritize, direct and supervise all Office and Technicians out in the field as well as complete service calls to customers. Jenny focusews on customer service and delivery of product/service. Jenny utilizes customer service and technical training to educate and assist Field Technicians and office staff with regard to educating customers in choosing service, finance options and handling customer relations. This position is aware of the importance of incentive programs and ensures fair and equitable distribution and proper documentation of work. Supervisor must be knowledgeable of plumbing work and pricing, Jenny is on top of all. She has the ability to instruct others with regard to using the competitive pricing she shops for and make sure all customers and companies who we work with are all happy and satisfied.
